Returns
You have the right to return a product and get a full refund within 30 days from receiving the goods. We are unable to take back products that have been processed, damaged or used.Make sure that you send your return back with tracking.
Upon return, it may take up to 7 business days for the money to be in your account. In the event of a regular re-purchase, the customer is responsible for the return postage. In case of mis-delivery or complaint, Drink Par Tee stands for return postage.
Returns from outside USA must be marked as a return and with the actual value of the returned goods, to be cleared in USA customs.
